Purchases & Payments

We accept payments via PayPal, and direct bank transfers.

  • For commissioned artworks, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and must be paid before shipping or pickup.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, modify, or cancel orders at our discretion. If an order is changed or canceled, we will notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5  business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times:

  • Norway: delivery is usually betweek 1-3 weeks
  • Outside Norway: delivery is usually between 2-4 weeks  

For commissions, additional processing apply.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. However, if you for some reasonn wish to return your artwork, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. In case of return please contact me trough contact for or Lindasalesart@gmail.com

  • The artwork must be returned in perfect condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Before initiating a return, please contact us at [your business email].
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned artwork.

Commissions

For commissioned artworks, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. This deposit secures your order and covers initial materials and time invested in the creative process.

  • Payments for commissions can be made via PayPal or credit/debit card (Klarna is not available for custom orders).
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping or pickup.
  • Once the commission is completed, you will receive photos for approval before the final payment is required.

Since commissioned pieces are custom-made, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you are confident in your order before proceeding.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep all website information accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors, such as typos, pricing discrepancies, or availability changes, may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or update information without prior notice.

All artworks, trademarks, and website content are the exclusive property of LINDA DESALES ART. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.

Warranty & Liability

  • We use high-quality materials, and all shipments are insured to cover any potential damage in transit. If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. However, once you received your artwork  and accepted the shipment, i do not offer further warranty for the purchased items.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of the revised terms.
